Our food plans, recipes, and guides are designed to provide practical meal-planning support and general nutritional information for parents and carers.They are not medical advice and should not be used as a replacement for advice from a qualified healthcare professional, paediatrician, dietitian, health visitor, or other appropriately qualified professional. Every child is unique. Parents and carers remain responsible for deciding whether a plan is suitable for their child.

Individual particular advice on your own or your baby's nutritional health or wellbeing cannot be given under any circumstances and clients must take queries about their own personal health or baby's health to a Community Midwife, Doctor, Obstetrician, Lactation Consultant, or other appropriate health professional.

Healthy Poppets cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property arising out of or resulting from our food plans and guide.

Healthy Poppets has been designed as a condensed supplement to the information, advice and general instruction offered by health professionals. All material provided is for general information purposes only and should not under any circumstances be construed in any way as being particular individual medical advice or instruction.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Our plans include a wide variety of foods and ingredients. You are responsible for checking all ingredients and considering your child’s individual needs, allergies, intolerances, and medical history. Where you provide information about allergies or dietary requirements, we will make reasonable efforts to tailor your plan accordingly. However, it remains your responsibility to check each recipe and ingredient before serving.I f your child has diagnosed allergies, medical conditions, feeding difficulties, or specific nutritional needs, please seek professional advice before using our plans.

Personalised Plans

Healthy Poppets creates personalised plans based on information provided by you. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

Orders

All prices are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Payment is required in full before your order is processed.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

Payment and refunds

Once your payment has been received for one of our Food Plans or Gift Cards we will send you a confirmation email. Due to the nature of our personalised products and in accordance with distance selling laws there is no cooling off period and products cannot be returned. By clicking 'pay now' you accept the order is correct. Delivery is within 24 hours from the time and date the order is made and once your order has been placed cannot be refunded.

Physical Products and Delivery

Where your order includes physical items, delivery times are estimates only. Healthy Poppets is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please check your order when received and contact us promptly if there is a problem.
