Shipping Policy

All of our food plans and support guides are digital and are delivered via email or other e-format. Food Plans and guides will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase.

 

Physical products will be delivered within 5-15 days from the date of order, unless otherwise stated. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personalised nature of our digital products, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund to customers.​Should you wish to cancel your food plan once it has been emailed, then we may at our discretion, provide you with a credit to purchase another item from our store.

We provide 14 days from the date of order for you to return a physical product to us and it must be received in the condition it was sent. Once received and the consition has been confirmed, we will provide you with a full fund within 10 working days from the date we receive the item back to us.
